As a smaller company, we pride ourselves on our customer service. Building 3-5 houses annually we can ensure that we devote our full attention to each project. This is a key aspect of our business model, as we strive to always put our clients first and provide them with the individualized focus they deserve.

A Warranty is provided after closing.  You will have direct contact to the builder.  We like to give you an opportunity to move-in and use your home.
