Designing is a very important stage in building and our desire is to help guide you to your goals.  We work with several architects and designers who we can recommend to best match your needs.  The Builder will meet with you and the architect throughout the design process.  Once plans are finalized, it is time to bring your home to life.

As construction unfolds your builder will be on-site to assure high quality finishes.  You will be asked to attend several site meetings to make decisions regarding desired items. Also, there will be informative meetings prior to pouring your slab, sheetrock installation, and completion.
